Prevention is most crucial

Prevention is a effective approach as it involves investing in education and empowerment, which can reduce the need for expensive treatment and recovery interventions later on. By implementing prevention strategies on a large scale, we can create a widespread impact, fostering a culture that discourages substance abuse and promotes healthier behaviors. The emphasis of prevention is on long-term well-being, empowering individuals to make informed choices and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
